Bring restaurant menus new or old that you would like to donate to the Southern Food and Beverage Museum in New Orleans and make plans to attend the Millsaps Arts & Lecture Series on Monday, Oct. 6 at 7 p.m. in the Ford Academic Complex Recital Hall.
Liz Williams, founder of the Southern Food and Beverage Museum in New Orleans, and Dan Blumenthal, executive chef and co-owner of Bravo! Italian Restaurant and Bar, Broadstreet Baking Company & Café and Sal & Mookie’s New York Pizza & Ice Cream Joint, will discuss “We are what we eat: How food shapes our culture.”
Come hungry because there will be food to sample.
