Patti is responsible for planning and implementing a communications and marketing program with emphasis placed on student recruitment, support of development efforts, and visibility that puts the College in a position to fulfill its mission and meet its goals. She leads the College in integrated marketing communication, an institution-wide cooperative effort to effectively communicate messages to College constituencies. The Office of Communications serves as a centralized source to assist with institutional publications, advertising, public/media relations, photographic services, and organizational website management.

Sandra provides administrative support for the communications office. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing office budget, mail flow, phone traffic, supply requisition, advertising placement and special projects as needed. She also works closely with the Public Relations Coordinator in scheduling newspaper and magazine ads, as well as coordinating the distribution of the Dean’s List, President’s List, graduation and other student press releases.

Kelley is the artist responsible for the graphic design and layout work of Millsaps Magazine and most other campus publications. She ensures that the College's design standards are maintained by all campus departments.

Lucy coordinates the content and design of the Millsaps website and works with the Web Team to ensure that the website is both cutting edge and easily accessible to many. She helps members of the college community develop and maintain their sections of the website, helps provide consistent navigation and web standards within the site, and coordinates web technology efforts with Information Technology Services.

Kara is the media’s primary point of contact for the College, coordinating press conferences and developing public relations strategies. She also provides editorial content for campus publications, including magazine articles and press releases.
