The Senior Year Experience is designed to facilitate social functions, professional workshops, and various other activities for the senior class. Through SYE, Millsaps seniors connect with one another and with their soon-to-be alma mater. As they prepare for graduation, SYE provides seniors with an outlet for stress relief through functions such as wine and cheese parties, a coffee and dessert mixer, a senior breakfast and slide show, and a holiday party. SYE also sponsors a senior chapel service and several community service activities throughout the year.
In the spirit of giving back to the Millsaps community, SYE also organizes the funding of a senior class gift. Typically the gift is an addition or improvement to the campus. The Senior Year Experience activities provide seniors with a chance to make lasting memories during their final semesters at Millsaps.
